01:54 PM EDT, 09/25/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Ford Motor (F) halted production of its F-150 pickup truck from Sept. 24 to 29 at the Dearborn Truck Plant near Detroit, Michigan, Reuters reported Friday, citing a company memo. The company's Kansas City Assembly Plant, which also produces the best-selling F-Series trucks, canceled some shifts this week due to the same issue affecting Dearborn, a supply problem, sources told Reuters. Kentucky Truck Plant near Louisville has boosted truck production, according to the report. Ford did not immediately reply to a request for comment from MT Newswires.
