Inflection Point Acquisition Corp. V, GOWell Technology Complete Merger

02:16 PM EDT, 09/25/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Inflection Point Acquisition Corp. V (IPEX) and GOWell Technology completed their business combination. The combined company will operate as GOWell Energy Technology and begin trading Monday on Nasdaq under the ticker GOW. Inflection shareholders approved the merger on Sept. 3, GOWell said Friday in a statement. At closing, GOWell completed a private investment in public equity of about $50 million in preferred shares and warrants. Combined with a roughly $20 million private placement funded at the signing of the merger agreement in October, total PIPE gross proceeds reached $70 million before fees and expenses, the company said.
