Shares climbed over 6% as intraday trading volume surged to over 26.0 million from a daily average of roughly 3.6 million. Fathom (FTHM) and Neighborhood Intelligence (NXH) agreed to replace their June merger agreement with a restructured deal focused on combining real estate operations with digital-asset holdings, according to a statement late Thursday. Fathom shares jumped 12% as intraday trading volume soared to over 37.3 million from a daily average of about 288,000. Madison Dearborn Partners said Friday that funds managed by MDP have entered into a definitive agreement to acquire all of the outstanding shares of Marygold (MGLD) in an all-cash deal.
