03:30 PM EDT, 09/25/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Biomerica (BMRA) filed a registration statement Friday with the US Securities and Exchange Commission for the potential sale of up to $250 million in securities from time to time in one or more offerings. The filing covers common and preferred stock, debt securities and warrants, the company said. Shares of Biomerica were down nearly 7% in Friday trading.
