Rocky Shore Gold Raises CA$3.2 Million in First Tranche of Private Placement

04:26 PM EDT, 09/25/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Rocky Shore Gold (RSG.CN) on Friday said it closed the first tranche of a previously announced non-brokered private placement, raising gross proceeds of about CA$3.2 million. The company issued about 21.5 million flow-through common shares at CA$0.15 per share under the first tranche. The proceeds will be used for the exploration and advancement of projects in central Newfoundland, the company said.
