- Desné replaces Laurent Tellier, moved to chief operating officer in July.
- Desné was CEO of Bekaert’s Steel Wire Solutions, Bekaert Bridon Ropes Group since 2022, serving on Bekaert’s executive committee.
- Earlier roles included general manager of Recticel’s Engineered Foams business, senior positions at BASF, starting his career at Rhodia.
