- Final payment of KRW 45.36 billion is now set for Nov. 5, 2026, replacing the prior “day before EGM” timing.
- The buyer group will acquire 4,374,000 shares at KRW 11,522.63 each; KRW 5.04 billion deposit was paid Sept. 23, 2026.
- Largest shareholder is expected to become Koo Mi-hyun on Nov. 5, 2026, with 1,735,718 shares, or 29.74%.
