- The original schedule called for final payment by Sept. 30, 2026.
- Deal terms stayed unchanged, including a sale price of KRW 1.61 billion for KRW 1.5 billion face value of the 5th convertible bond.
- Payment structure remains KRW 150 million deposit paid on Jan. 22, 2026, with KRW 1.46 billion balance due by March 31, 2027.
