- The holding fell by 600 shares versus the prior filing dated Sept. 8, 2026, driven by a related-party on-market sale.
- Shares under key contracts dropped to 7,511,970 from 8,017,846, cutting the contracted portion to 5.53% from 5.91%.
- The filing also cited new share-backed loans and changes to loan terms.
