InterContinental Signs 2 Hotels in Tokyo Under Noted Collection Brand

04:57 AM EDT, 09/28/2026 (MT Newswires) -- InterContinental Hotels (IHG) has signed two hotels in Tokyo under its new Noted Collection brand, the company said Monday. One of the properties is a 207-key hotel in Shinjuku's Kabukicho district in partnership with SC Capital Partners. The property will be renovated and rebranded before opening next year, the company said. The second property is an 81-key hotel in Ginza in partnership with An Consulting. The newly built hotel is scheduled to open in 2029, InterContinental said.
