Peakside leases 2,600 sq m at Frankfurt OPTIONS office building to Viridium
Bitget2026/09/28 09:07- Peakside Capital Advisors leased about 2,600 sq m at the 23,000 sq m OPTIONS office building in Frankfurt to Viridium.
- Viridium signed a long-term lease, plans to move in Q1 2027, will close its Neu-Isenburg office.
- Occupancy rose above 70% from about 40% at acquisition in early 2025 for Peakside Real Estate Fund IV.
- Weighted average unexpired lease term stands at nearly nine years following the Viridium lease.
