- Construction is set to start on 306 units, with a further 91 homes to be built under sister brand Charles Church.
- Phase 3 includes 109 homes reserved for a local housing association.
- Persimmon is delivering about half of the 4,254 homes planned for Valley Park.
- Persimmon homes at the site are marketed from £199,995; Charles Church homes from £344,995.
