- Acro now holds 4,782,496 shares, equal to 12.75% of outstanding stock.
- The change took effect on Sept. 28, 2026 under a share purchase agreement tied to a management control acquisition.
- The acquirer funded the deal with KRW 33.96 billion in internal funds.
