- Issued 10,317,073 common shares at C$ 2.05 per share; shares carry a four-month-and-one-day hold period.
- Net proceeds earmarked for the Vila Verde pilot project, Borralha tungsten exploration and development, working capital.
- Clarus Securities received a 5% cash commission, broker warrants equal to 5% of shares sold, exercisable at C$ 2.05 for 24 months.
