- Public offering in Germany for unsubscribed new shares now runs through Oct. 30, 2026, from Sept. 28, 2026; can end early.
- Share count will be set after the offering closes, then published on the company website.
- Registration of the capital increase is expected around Nov. 11, 2026; trading inclusion in Stuttgart’s open market targeted around Nov. 12, 2026.
