06:41 AM EDT, 09/28/2026 (MT Newswires) -- National Healthcare Properties (NHP) said Monday it entered into a definitive agreement to sell 40 outpatient medical facilities for approximately $531 million. The company said it expects $511 million in cash proceeds before transaction expenses and plans to use the proceeds to repay its revolving credit facility, fund senior housing operating portfolio acquisitions, and for general corporate purposes. NHP said it also signed a letter of intent to sell its final four outpatient facilities for $11 million. NHP has approximately $244 million of senior housing operating portfolio acquisitions under signed agreements or non-binding letters of intent, covering 724 primarily assisted living and memory care units, the company said.
