- Offer period ran from July 17 to Sept. 25; final result expected on or about Sept. 30.
- Completion hinges on the final tally confirming ownership of more than 90% of shares and voting rights, including any shares already held.
- If completed, cash consideration is expected to be paid on or about Oct. 7 to tendering shareholders.
- S-Bank reserved the right to buy additional shares in market trading or otherwise following the offer period.
