- PsyLabs would remain the exclusive supplier; the license includes manufacturing know-how, specifications, technical documentation for ibogaine hydrochloride.
- Consideration includes up to about USD 1.3 million in development and regulatory milestones for the first drug candidate.
- Additional economics include a low single-digit royalty on net sales, an annual exclusivity fee after first FDA approval, and margin-sharing on resale.
