Accelerate Property Fund shareholders vote on Fourways Mall management agreement with F&G, Luvon

- The mandate would ratify services already provided since 1 February 2024 by Flanagan and Gerard Frontiers and Luvon as joint manager.
- Votes will also be sought for related-party Category 1 disposals tied to an upside participation fee, including potential transfer of up to 15%.
- The board unanimously backs the resolutions, calling the terms arm’s length and fair to non-related shareholders.
- An irrevocable undertaking covers 1,036,747,462 shares, equal to 50.7% of shares in issue excluding treasury shares, to support the vote.
