- Deal values REDLattice at a pre-money enterprise value of $ 1.25 billion.
- Transaction expected to deliver up to about $ 610 million gross proceeds, including $ 335 million committed capital and up to $ 275 million from trust.
- Committed capital includes $ 275 million convertible notes with a 4% coupon and $ 12.50 fixed conversion price.
- REDLattice posted $ 267 million revenue for the 12 months ended June 30, 2026, up 29% year over year.
