ASUR publishes pro forma combined financials for CPC Aeroportos acquisition

- As of June 30, 2026, total assets were MXN 143.46 billion, total liabilities MXN 95.49 billion, equity MXN 47.98 billion.
- Cash and cash equivalents were MXN 18.1 billion, shaped by MXN 17.33 billion cash consideration and MXN 21.29 billion CPC Bridge Facility draw.
- Intangibles, concessions and goodwill were MXN 97.83 billion, including preliminary goodwill of MXN 7.49 billion from allocating consideration to CPC’s carrying-value net assets.
- 2025 net income was MXN 12.71 billion; interest expense was MXN 6.45 billion, reflecting CPC Bridge Facility interest, issuance-cost amortization, FX translation effects.
