According to Zhihui Finance APP, in mid-August, Goldman Sachs, Blackstone, and Apollo have secretly worked for several months on a debt financing plan for AI developers to purchase Nvidia (NVDA.US) chips. As progress slowed, Nvidia CEO Jensen Huang chose to make this effort public: six institutions jointly aim to provide financing for AI computing power deals worth a total of $500 billion—a round number with no clear origin. After a month, the details of this deal have become clearer.
