- The concession term was extended 18 years to February 2056, including compensation for USD 600 million in direct investments.
- Passenger tariffs will be denominated in U.S. dollars; the domestic passenger use fee rises to USD 9.00 by Jan. 1, 2027.
- The parties set an economic plan targeting a 14.30% IRR; projections will be reviewed every three years.
