Alaris Equity Partners Income Trust Closes CA$115 Million Offering

09:03 AM EDT, 09/28/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Alaris Equity Partners Income Trust (AD-UN.TO) raised CA$115.0 million after closing a bought-deal offering of units, it said Monday. The trust sold underwriters 5.13-million units priced at CA$22,40 including the full exercise of the buyers' over-allotment option. The trust plans to use the proceeds to partially repay outstanding indebtedness under its senior credit facility, and for general purposes. Under the offering, the trust issued about 5.1 million units priced at CA$22.40 apiece. The trust's units closed down CA$0.15, or 0.6%, to CA$23.34 on the Toronto Stock Exchange.
