09:30 AM EDT, 09/28/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Draganfly (DPRO.CN) secured $10 million in investments from Unusual Machines and a US Investment Fund, the drone company said Monday. Unusual Machines and the fund each invested $5 million in Draganfly, which plans to use the proceeds to accelerate development of its advanced strategic capabilities. Draganfly also plans to use the proceeds to fund general working capital, as it seeks to meet demand for its products. The investment was made through a direct offering of about 1.9-million shares priced at $5.35 each, according to Draganfly. The transaction is expected to close on Tuesday. The company's shares closed at CA$7.50 Friday on the Canadian Securities Exchange.
