Belarus Registers First Two Crypto Banks, Awaiting Central Bank Certification
Belarus's High-Tech Park (HTP) has registered the country's first two crypto banks. The two institutions have initially obtained HTP resident enterprise status and must subsequently be certified by the National Bank of Belarus to be included in the crypto bank registry, with specific names of the institutions not yet disclosed. According to relevant decrees issued by Belarus this year, crypto banks can combine digital token operations with banking, payment, and other related financial services.
