Treasure Global Signs MoU to Buy 51% of Mestiz Century Logic

10:36 AM EDT, 09/28/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Treasure Global (TGL) said Monday it has signed a non-binding memorandum of understanding with Mestiz Holding for a $38 million cash acquisition of a 51% stake in Mestiz Century Logic. The company said it has a 120-day exclusivity period to conduct due diligence and negotiate the terms of an agreement to acquire the Malaysia-based provider of cloud-based water metering technology and digital water management solutions.
