Gunnison Copper Appoints Jennifer Hays as Chief Financial Officer

11:33 AM EDT, 09/28/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Gunnison Copper (GCU.TO) appointed Jennifer Hays as chief financial officer, effective Oct. 12, it said Monday. Hays will succeed Fabio Rocha, who served as the company's interim chief financial officer. Rocha will be promoted to senior director, accounting and reporting, from his previous role as director, accounting and reporting, Gunnison Copper said in a statement. Hays most recently served as CFO of PacSci EMC, an operating company within Ralliant Corporation (RAL), said the company. Before Ralliant, Hays worked at Intel Corporation (INTC) for approximately 17 years, in senior finance positions across government contracting, growth and incubation, manufacturing, global supply chain, merger-and-acquisition integration and divestitures, and risk and controls, added Gunnison Copper. "As we advance Gunnison as a major new source of domestically produced copper, Jennifer's background is exceptionally well aligned with our strategy," said Gunnison Copper President and Chief Executive Officer Craig Hallworth.
