Pfizer's Tilrekimig Phase 3 Program Seen as Potential Upside Driver, UBS Says

11:52 AM EDT, 09/28/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Pfizer's (PFE) new phase 3 studies of tilrekimig in atopic dermatitis and asthma may drive upside if results are positive, UBS Securities said Friday in a report. The adult atopic-dermatitis study will be run head-to-head against Dupixent, which is developed jointly by Sanofi (SNY) and Regeneron Pharmaceuticals (REGN), and UBS said the potential commercial contribution is not yet reflected in consensus estimates. Topline data released in March showed competitive placebo-adjusted EASI-75 rates of about 50% at the middle and high doses, and UBS said Pfizer is likely working to maximize efficacy at the middle-dose level.
