Krait Critical Minerals Raises CA$1.22 Million After Closing the First Tranche of a Private Placement

01:12 PM EDT, 09/28/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Krait Critical Minerals (KRIT.CN) closed the first tranche of its non-brokered private placement, raising CA$1.22 million, it said in a statement late Friday. The company placed 1.63-million shares at CA$0.75 apiece in the tranche. It expects to close a second tranche next week, subject to some conditions, it said. Proceeds will be used for exploration expenses at its Goldbar Spider Lake Project in Ontario, continued evaluation of the assets held through its Nevada Hills Antimony unit and general working capital and corporate needs.
