Corteva, Inari Reach Confidential Settlement in Seed-Patent Case

01:16 PM EDT, 09/28/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Corteva (CTVA) reached a confidential settlement to resolve its seed-patent lawsuit against Inari. the companies said Monday in a statement. Under the agreement in the US District Court for the District of Delaware, Inari agreed to destroy Corteva material it accessed from seed depositories, along with material developed from those deposits, and will assign Corteva the intellectual property related to its edited versions of Corteva's genetic traits, the companies said.
