NU E Power Settles CA$105,000 of Debt

01:52 PM EDT, 09/28/2026 (MT Newswires) -- NU E Power (NUE.CN) issued 700,000 units at CA$0.15 apiece to Cronin Capital Corp. in settlement of a bona fide debt of CA$105,000, it said in a statement late Friday. Each unit consists of one share and one-half of one three-year warrant, with each whole warrant exercisable at CA$0.30. The company's securities are subject to a hold period expiring Jan. 26, 2027, it said. Shares of the company were last seen unchanged at CA$0.135 on the Canadian Securities Exchange.
