Treasury Yields Climb to Fresh Highs; Oil Pares Gains -- WSJ

New week, new highs for Treasury yields.
Yields on benchmark 10-year notes hit a fresh intraday high above 5.27% for this rollercoaster month, while those on 30-year bonds are now near their highest level since 2004.
Oil prices have been volatile as traders react to conflicting headlines about the state of U.S.-Iran negotiations. Brent crude futures, the international benchmark for oil, closed at $105.28 a barrel, up 0.9%. One sign supplies are running low: The front-month contract, which expires this week, trades substantially higher than the December contract.
U.S. stocks are off to a negative start to the week. A record $150 billion boost to Nvidia's buyback program is boosting shares in the chipmaker, but has failed to lift investors' spirits generally.
