04:24 PM EDT, 09/28/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Jefferies Financial Group (JEF) reported Monday Q3 earnings of $1.08 per diluted share, up from $1.01 a year earlier. Analysts polled by FactSet expected $1.00. Revenue for the quarter ended Aug. 31 was $2.22 billion, up from $2.05 billion a year ago. Four analysts surveyed by FactSet expected $2.12 billion. The company also declared a quarterly dividend of $0.40 per share, payable on November. 25 on record of Nov. 16.
