Adeia Names Dipti Vachani as CEO

04:34 PM EDT, 09/28/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Adeia (ADEA) said Monday it appointed Dipti Vachani as chief executive officer, starting Oct. 12. Vachani succeeds Paul Davis, who informed the company in May of his intention to step down to focus on his health and personal pursuits, the company said, adding that Vachani will also join the board. Vachani most recently served as senior vice president and general manager of Arm Limited's Automotive Business Unit, according to the company. Davis will serve in an advisory role through the end of the year to support the transition, the company said.
