Broadridge Financial, Korea Securities Depository to Collaborate on Korea's Proxy Voting Project

05:02 PM EDT, 09/28/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Broadridge Financial Solutions (BR) and Korea Securities Depository agreed to collaborate on modernizing Korea's proxy voting infrastructure. Under a memorandum of understanding, Broadridge and KSD will support efforts to digitize and automate the end-to-end proxy-voting process for international investors holding Korean equities and enhance transparency, accuracy and governance standards. The scope of the collaboration may expand over time to additional proxy-related areas, Broadridge and KSD said Monday in a statement.
