Getchell Gold Gets CA$300,000 Strategic Investment From Buzbuzian Capital

05:20 PM EDT, 09/28/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Getchell Gold (GTCH.CN) said Monday it received a CA$300,000 strategic investment from Buzbuzian Capital that agreed to acquire 1 million units of the company. Each unit consists of one common share and one-half of one common share purchase warrant. The company intends to use the proceeds of the offering for exploration activities at the Fondaway Canyon project in Nevada. Getchell Gold shares closed down CA$0.01 at CA$0.265.
