Viking Acquisition, NorthStar Earth & Space Merger to Close Sept. 30

I (VACI) said Monday its previously announced business combination with NorthStar Earth & Space Inc. is expected to close Wednesday, Sept. 30, pending customary closing conditions. In connection with the closing, Viking said it will transfer its listing from the NYSE to NYSE American. Effective Oct. 1, the combined company will operate as NorthStar Earth & Space Enterprises, Inc., with common shares and public warrants beginning to trade on NYSE American under the symbols "NSTR" and "NSTR.WS," respectively, according to the company.
