CODI delays paid-in date for KRW 1 billion third-party share sale to Oct. 29

- The new shares are now expected to list on Nov. 19, 2026, from the prior Oct. 22, 2026.
- The deal covers 445,632 common shares priced at KRW 2,244 each, raising KRW 999,998,208 for working capital.
