- Garner Hotel Dubai Al Jaddaf and Garner Hotel Ras Al Khaimah Downtown are expected to open in 2026.
- The projects add 285 keys in total, including a 204-key Ras Al Khaimah property and an 81-key hotel in Dubai.
- The signings target rising demand for branded midscale accommodation, strengthening IHG’s growth strategy in the UAE.
