06:26 AM EDT, 09/29/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Giga Metals (GIGA.V) has acquired a 15% stake in the Turnagain joint venture held by Mitsubishi Corp., resulting in the company owning 100% of the joint venture, the company said Monday. Mitsubishi had elected to exercise its put right and agreed to sell its stake back to Giga for nominal consideration. The transaction is expected to close on Oct. 12.
