07:41 AM EDT, 09/29/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Hamilton Lane (HLNE) said Tuesday that Executive Co-Chairman Mario Giannini will retire effective March 31, 2027, after more than three decades with the firm. Giannini was succeeded as chief executive in 2023 by current co-CEOs Juan Delgado-Moreira and Erik Hirsch, the company said. Following Giannini's retirement, Hartley Rogers will continue as executive chairman and chairman of the board.
