08:28 AM EDT, 09/29/2026 (MT Newswires) -- PyroGenesis Canada (PYR.TO) has completed the acquisition of a 50% stake in HPQ Silica Polvere (HSPI), a unit of HPQ Silica (HPQ.V), PyroGenesis said Tuesday. HSPI is focused on commercializing the Fumed Silica Reactor (FSR), a proprietary technology originally developed by PyroGenesis that converts quartz into fumed silica, an industrial material used in several products.
