Google, Weight Watchers Collaborate on Health Technology

08:51 AM EDT, 09/29/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Alphabet's (GOOG, GOOGL) Google Health Enterprise and WW International (WW), known as Weight Watchers, are collaborating to combine wearable technology and AI-powered health data with weight health programs, the companies said Tuesday. The programs are currently available through Weight Watchers for Business offerings for employers, the companies said. Features include access to Google Fitbit Air devices and Google Health Premium for eligible Weight Watchers for Business clients and members, and the ability to connect Fitbit Air to Weight Watchers accounts, the companies said. Shares of Weight Watchers were up more than 10% in recent premarket trading.
