The board believes that the value and potential of AutoCanada's collision operations may not be fully reflected in the company's current market value, the automobile dealership and collision repair group said Tuesday. The segment operates 38 collision centers and is supported by 26 original equipment manufacturer certifications covering 37 vehicle brands, AutoCanada said. AutoCanada said there is no assurance that the strategic review will result in any transaction, and no definitive timetable was set for its completion.
