10:12 AM EDT, 09/29/2026 (MT Newswires) -- PRA Group (PRAA) said Tuesday it plans to offer $400 million of senior notes due 2033. Net proceeds from the offering and available cash will be used to repay approximately $400 million of outstanding borrowings under its North American revolving credit facility, according to a statement.
