Tectonic Therapeutic Says TX2100 Phase 1a Trial Met Primary Objectives

10:29 AM EDT, 09/29/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Tectonic Therapeutic (TECX) said Tuesday its phase 1a trial of TX2100, an investigational antibody being developed as a potential treatment for hereditary hemorrhagic telangiectasia, or HHT, met its primary objectives. The treatment was generally safe and well tolerated across all six planned dose cohorts. Treatment-emergent adverse events were mild or moderate and transient, with no deaths, serious adverse events or severe treatment-emergent adverse events reported. Pharmacokinetic results also supported target engagement and exploration of once-weekly or every-other-week subcutaneous dosing. Tectonic also said the US Food and Drug Administration granted TX2100 Fast Track designation for HHT and cleared the company's investigational new drug application for a planned Phase 1b study in patients with the rare inherited vascular disorder.
