Hawkins Completes Acquisition of Assets of Eagle Labs

10:49 AM EDT, 09/29/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Hawkins (HWKN) said Tuesday it has acquired the assets of Eagle Labs, a Dallas-Fort Worth-based direct distributor and manufacturer of water treatment supplies. The transaction adds two sites and specialized coagulant expertise to give the company seven total water treatment facilities across Texas, Hawkins said. The expansion also includes the launch of a new, separate plant in the fast-growing regional market to support local demand, it added. Financial details were not disclosed.
