Nexus Industrial REIT Raises CA$300 Million Via Unsecured Debenture Offering

12:10 PM EDT, 09/29/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Nexus Industrial REIT (NXR-UN.TO) completed its offering of CA$300 million of senior unsecured debentures maturing March 29, 2030, it said in a statement on Tuesday. The debentures bear interest at a fixed annual rate of 4.563% per annum and were offered on a private placement "best efforts" agency basis, it said. Proceeds will be used to repay existing indebtedness and for general trust needs, it added. Shares of the company were last seen up 1% at CA$7.27 on the Toronto Stock Exchange.
