FCL-X Fire & Safety Signs Safety Agreement With Kia Georgia

04:40 PM EDT, 09/29/2026 (MT Newswires) -- FCL-X Fire & Safety (FCLX.V) after trade Tuesday announced an integrated safety purchase order with Kia Georgia at Kia's facility in West Point, Georgia. Under the agreement, FCL-X will provide construction support and health, safety, and environmental services, including risk assessments, fire protection engineering, and safety protocols for environments involving lithium-ion batteries, the company said. "The engagement does not constitute an endorsement by Kia Georgia of FCL-X Fire & Safety's products and does not represent an affiliation with, or involvement in, branding, manufacturing, or commercial operations of Kia Georgia or the Kia brand," the company added. The company's shares closed unchanged at CA$0.355 on the TSX Venture Exchange.
